The Sherwood Estates/McCarthy Park Community Association is a non-profit organization. Assistance is always needed for various activities and programs.

Website Coordinator
- Liaison with the City of Regina on Community Association issues.
- Co-Chair monthly meetings and the annual meeting.
- Act as the liaison between the City of Regina representative, West Zone Board and other Community Associations.
- Prepare the agenda for meetings.
- Assisting in managing the group/associations affairs.
Program Coordinator(s)
- Ensure the weekly success of program in which they are coordinating
- Picking up and maintaining the keys for the facility of the program from the facility coordinator.
- Pick up and maintain all equipment on behalf of the Association
- Complete and return the City of Regina Program Inventory Report. These reports must be sent to City of Regina within one month of a program start date.
- Return key and all equipment within two weeks of completion of the program.
- Liaise with the executive if there are any concerns related to facility, equipment.
Treasurer
- Ensure that the fiscal assets (money and property) of the Association are properly managed
- Keeping accurate, up to date financial records.
- Check bank statements and reconcile them with the current bank book on a regular basis.
- Report regularly to the executive on the financial situation and at the Annual General Meeting.
- Prepare and file the annual Corporations Branch for non-profits documentation.
- Assist with funding applications.
- Prepare all payments and deposits on behalf of the Association.
Secretary
- Ensure that the appropriate information and materials are obtained and provided for members before the meeting.
- Record and circulate meeting minutes.
Facility Coordinator
- Ensure the facilities for all of the Associations programs and events are secured.
- Book all facilities used for programs, events and monthly executive meetings. (Once a year by May 31 st of each year).
- Pick up and coordinate all keys from the Public School Board and Separate School.
Newsletter Editor
- Develop layout, volume and content of newsletter.
- Coordinate printing, including pick-up of boxes.
- Coordinate payment for advertising.
- Ensure drop-off of printed newsletters for distribution.
Website Coordinator
- Make sure that the information on the SEMP website is accurate and up to date
- Update the SEMP website using Weebly online interface
